| Failure in 25% or less of the prescribed academic load for the semester | Given warning, repeat subjects failed. |
| NOTE: In cases of absence of improvement as manifested by failure or AW, a second warning will result to a probationary status of the student. | |
| Failure in 26% to 49% of the prescribed academic load for the semester. | Probationary, repeat subjects failed, loading will be at the Academic Dean’s discretion. |
| NOTE: In cases of absence of improvement as manifested by failure or AW, a second probation may result to non- re-admission to the school. | |
| Failure in 50% to 74% of the prescribed academic load for the intake. | No re-admission to the school. |
| Failure in 75% or more, of the prescribed academic load for the semester. | No re-admission to the school. |
