Program Description
Concordia International University offers a diploma program designed to provide specialization in professional mental health counselling. This program introduces in mental health, psychoanalysis, psychopathology, and psychopharmacology along with 60 hours of training for mental health counselling licensure. Successful completion of the program will provide an adequate preparation for the next step in psychoanalyst certification. Diploma programs are usually completed through two years of full-time studies. Online courses are provided as an option for the program. Students who are willing to apply for certified psychoanalyst program require completion in this program in order to qualify as an applicant.
